Act further to amend the Indian Penal Code , 1860 , the Code of Criminal Procedure , 1973 , the Indian Evidence Act , 1872 and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act , 2012 in its application to the State of Arunachal Pradesh .
BE it enacted by the Arunachal Pradesh Legislature in the Sixtyninth year of the Republic of India as follows: -
