1 . (1) This Act may be called the Criminal Laws (Arunachal Pradesh Amendment) Act , 2018 .
It shall extend to the whole of the State of Arunachal Pradesh .
It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may , by notification in the Offici _ al Gazette appoint.
