No. F 22-11-2014-VIIL -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 21 of the Madhya Pradesh Motoryan Karadhan Adhiniyam, 1991 (No: 25 of 1991): the State Government hereby, exempts from payment of motor vehicle tax payable as per rates specified in First Schedule under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act; in respect of temporary permits issued by the State Transport Authority, Maharashtra to such buses of Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation which shall be used for carrying passengers to Nagdwar Mela, 2014 organized at Pachmarhi under following terms and conditions This exemption shall be effective oly from Ist August; 2014 to 3rd August 2014.
