Section 34

Institute to be public authority under the Right to Information Act, 2005 . — The provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (22 of 2005) shall apply to the Institute, as if it were a public authority as defined in clause (h) of section 2 of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
