Correction Slips, Republications and Replacements Nil ______ Pages .. 1037 .. 1039-1056 PART III GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB DEPARTMENT OF ELECTIONS (LOCAL BODIES ELECTION WING) NOTIFICATION The 15th June, 2022 No. G.S.R. 35/Const./Art.309/P.A.19/1994/S.139/Amd.(1)/2022.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India read with clauses (w) and (x) of sub-section (2) of section 139 of the State Election Commission Act, 1994 (Punjab Act No.19 of 1994), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Punjab State Election Commission (Group 'A') Service Rules, 2014, namely:- RULES (1) These rules may be called the Punjab State Election Commission (Group 'A') Service (First Amendment) Rules, 2022. They shall come into force on and with effect from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. In the Punjab State Election Commission, (Group 'A') Service Rules, 2014 in Appendix 'B', for serial number 4 and entries related therein, the following shall be substituted, namely:- VIJAY KUMAR JANJUA, IAS, Special Chief Secretary
