Araa THE JHARKHAND GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 485 22 aashadh, 1938 (S) Ranchi; Thursday, 13th July, 2017 DEPARTMENT OF WOMEN, CHILD DEVELOPMENT & SOCIAL SECURITY Notification 12 july 2017 Jharkhand State Play Schools (Recognition and Control) Rules, 2017 Notification No.- OS/M.B.IPlay School-03/2015-3026-- In exercise of power conferred by section 36 (1) of the Commission for Protection of Child Rights Act 2005, the State Government of Jharkhand hereby makes the following rules, namely: CHAPTER I INTRODUCTION 1. Title and Scope of the Rules: a) These rules may be called Jharkhand State Play Schools (Recognition and Control) Rules, 20172 b) Nothing contained in these rules shall be applicable to institutionslorganisations/establishments/centreslor any such entity providing any kind of early childhood services to children in the age group of 0-3 years.
