Title and Scope of the Rules: a) These rules may be called Jharkhand State Play Schools (Recognition and Control) Rules, 20172 b) Nothing contained in these rules shall be applicable to institutionslorganisations/establishments/centreslor any such entity providing any kind of early childhood services to children in the age group of 0-3 years.
