Dated 28th February, 2017 DO No. CW-I-13/3/2017-CW-| Dear Qku Gwawwp would like to draw your attention to DO letter no. 22-6/2015-CW-| dated 268.03.2015 (copy enclosed) of Hon'ble Minister, WCD for showing of a short animated film (Komal) in all schools under StatelUT Governments to sensitize the children on what constitutes an "inappropriate touch" or what is molestation. 2 The Ministry of Women and Child Development had commissioned a short animated film through Childline India Foundation which is funded by the Ministry. This film (Komal) has also won the national film award in the category of "best educational film". To create awareness among school children on the above issue, it would be essential that this film is shown in all schools in the country. 3_ would be grateful if you could kindly take appropriate action for compulsorily showing of "Komal" video in all the schools all over India.
