No. BHA-2008/C.R.17(L.B.¥Desk-9.—In exercise of the powers couferred by sub-section () and (2) of section 36 of the Commission for Protectior of Child Rights Act, 2005 (4 of 2006), the Government of Maharashira hereby makes the following rules to amend the Maharash State Commission for Protection of Child Rights Rules, 2010, &5 namely :— "llows These rules may be called the Maharashtra State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (Amendment) Rules, 2011. In rule 8 of the Maharashtra State Commission for Protection of Child Rights Rules, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as "the principul rules"), after sub-rule (9), the following sub-rule shall be added, namely :— "(10) The Commission shall meet regularly at its offic> 2t such time as the chairperson thinks fit, but the meeting sha: e beic once in each calendar month." In rule 11 of principal Rules, for sub-rule (2), afier the Word "legal", the words "medical field such as child Specialist" shall be inserted.
