No. BHA-2OO8/C.R.17LB.YDesk-9-~In exercise of the powers coilferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of section 36 of the Commission for Protectior of Child Rights Act, 2005 (4 of 2006), the Government of Mah arashtra hereby makes the following rules to amend the Maharashura State Commission for Protection of Child Rights Rules, 2010, 75 "ollov's namely 1.
