(1) The United Provinces Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1935, the Uttar Pradesh Motor Gadi (Yatri-kar) Adhiniyam, 1962, and the Uttar Pradesh Motor Gadi (Mal-Kar) Adhiniyam, 1964, are hereby repealed.

30. (1) The United Provinces Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1935, the Uttar Pradesh Motor Gadi (Yatri-kar) Adhiniyam, 1962, and the Uttar Pradesh Motor Gadi (Mal-Kar) Adhiniyam, 1964, are hereby repealed. (2) without prejudice to the generally of section 6 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904, the repeal of the enactments referred to in sub-section (1) shall not affect any liability incurred before the date of such repeal and the proceedings under such enactment pending on the said date before any competent authority or court, and all proceedings relating to any such liability as aforesaid instituted after the commencement of this Act, shall be continued and disposed of as if this Act had not come into force.
