West Ben_ Act VII of 1990 WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the West Bengal State Health Service Act, 1990, for the purposes and in the manner hereinafter appearing; Itis hereby enacted in the Fifty-first Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, a8 follows: 1 (1) This Act may be called the West Bengal State Health Service Short title and (Amendment) Act; 2000. commence - (2) This section and sections2,3 and 7 shall be deemed tohave come ment into force on the 27th day " of January, 2000; and the remaining provisions ofthis Act shall be deemedto have comeinto forceonthe 2Sth day " of May, 1990. 2_ In section 14 of the West Bengal State Health Service Act; 1990 Amendment of section [4 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act); of West Ben: (1) in sub-section (1), Act VII of 1990.
