Act VII of 1990) , the Governor is pleased hereby to make the following rules regulating the recruitment to the posts in the cadre of theWest Bengal Public Health-cum-Administrative Service namely,- Rules Short title , commencement and application : These rules may be called the West Bengal Public Health-cum-Administrative Service (Recruitment and promotion) Rules , 2009 . They shall come into force on the date of the publication in the Official Gazette . These shall apply to the posts included in the cadre of the West Bengal Public Health-cum-Administrative Service . 2 .
