WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the West Bengal State Health Service Act; West Ben. Act 1990, for the purposes and in the manner hereinafter appearing; VII of 1990 It is hereby enacted in the Fifty-eighth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows: 1: (1) This Act may be called the West Bengal State Health Service (Amend ment) Act , 2007.
