PANCHKULA METROPOLITAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY RE : Approval of Minutes of 1" Meeting of the Pradhikaran (PMDA), held on on 20.07.2022 at 5.00pm It is submitted that the First Meeting of the PMDA Pradhikaran was held on 20.07.2022 in CM Camp house, Chandigarh. 2 Based on the proceedings held during the meeting, minutes of meeting have been prepared which are appended below for perusal and approval. With the permission of the Chair, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) initiated the proceedings of the meeting. 1. AGENDA ITEM NO. 1(1), PMDA : ESTABLISHMENT OF PMDA The CEO, PMDA informed that the notification of PMDA Act has been published on 18th August, 2021. Further informed that a notification under Section-4, establishing PMDA Authority has also been published in gazette on 08 Mar, 2022. The information given was noted by the Authority. 2. AGENDA ITEM NO. 1 (2), PMDA : Notifications issued by the Government 1. Notification of the Area of the PMDA Authority . The CEO informed that according to the provisions of Section-3, sub-section1, the government has notified the area falling under the jurisdiction of PMDA vide notification dated 08 Mar, 2022. () The authority noted the above information. 2. Notification dated regarding the coming into effect the provisions of Section 15 of the PMDA Act, 2021.
