GOVERNMENT OF GOA Department of Co-operation Office of the Registrar of Co-operative Societies Order No. 126/1/2005 -MR/MKT/RCS/6777 In exercise of the powers conferred by provision of sub-section (2) of Section 12 of the Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007 (Act 11 of 2007), the Government of Goa hereby constitutes the Marketing Board for two years to manage the affairs of the Goa State Agricultural Marketing Board, Margao by nominating the following members: The nominated Board shall arrange to hold the election of Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing Board within the stipulated period of two years or till such period election of the Board are held whichever is earlier as per the provision of Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007 and Rules, 2010.
