5 · (1) Nomination papers not receiv( d by the Returning Officer at his office address before noon on the last day appointed by the Returning Officer in this behalf, shall be rejected.
6 · (1) If the number of the nominated candidates who stand for election does not exceed the number of members to be elected under that clause, the Returning Officer shall forthwith declare such candidates to be elected.

2 · Servant shall or may contribute to the Provident Fund. Every servant whos e s alary is not les s than Rs . 750. per mensurn appointed, promoted on or after the date on which the Haryana Veterinary Council may, by resolution, decide to establish and maintain a Provident Fund Account shall be required to Subscribe to such provident fund at the rate of ten percentof the salary.
3 · Recovery of subscription—(1)Every subscription to the contributory provident fund shall be recovered by means of a deduction of the amount of such subscription from each salary bill of the subscriber; provided that in calculating the deduction to be made fraction of a rupee shall be ignored.
9 · Payment towards insurance etc. --(a) the amount of subscription with interest thereon standing to the credit of subscriber i n the fund may withdrawn to meet payment towards a policy of life insurance.
