Subject :- Review of grant/renewal of license of Katcha An:htiya/ mission Agent, Category-Il on booth allowed vide Circular Review of grant/renewal of license of Katc Commission Agent, Category-Il on booth allowed vide Circular dated 25.04.2012 and Circular No. 56 dated Commission Agent, Category-Il on booth allowed vi No. 179 dated 25.04.2012 and Circular No. 56 dated 29.04.2022. Please refer to this office memo No. ME-1/A-4/2022/27974-28087 dated 29.04.2022, vide which the licensees of such booth holders which have been issued a license after 25.04.2012 to till 01.04.2016 were allowed to be continued for a period of three years (validity up to 31.03.2025) subject to deposition of annual rent of Rs. 15,000/~ as provided earlier. Now the Government has allowed to continue the licensees of such booth holders for a further period of one year i.e. up to 31.03.2026 subject to deposition of annual rent of Rs. 30,000/-.
