NOTIFICATION The Karnataka Lokayukta Rules, 1985 (Karnataka Act 4 of 1985), which the following Government of Karnataka proposes to make amendment, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Karnataka Lokayukta Act, 1984 (Karnataka Act 4 of 1985), the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Karnataka Lokayukta Rules, 1985, namely :- RULES Short title and commencement. -(1) This Rules may be called the Karnataka Lokayukta (Amendment) Rules, 2021. They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official Gazette. Amendment of Rule 7. -In the Karnataka Lokayukta Rules, 1985, for rule 7 , the following shall be substituted: "7. Property Statement:"The Statement of assets and liabilities under section 22 shall be submitted in Form IV through the website of Karnataka Lokayukta" By order and in the name of the Governor of Karnataka, (Anjanamurthy) Under Secretary to Government, D.P.A.R. (Vigilance). ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸಂಖ್ಯ ೆ: ಸಿಆಸುಇ 55 ಸೇಲೋಯು2021 ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ ವಿರ್ಕಸ ಸೌಧ , ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು , ದಿರ್ನೆಂಕ: 06.12.2021. ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋರ್ಕಯುಕತ ತ ರ್ಕಯಿದೆ, 1984 ರ ಕಲಂ 23 (1984 ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರ್ಕಯಿದೆ 4) ರನ ವ ಯ ಩ರದತ್ತ ತ ವಾದ ಅಧಿರ್ಕರ಴ನ್ನು ನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ , ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು , ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋರ್ಕಯುಕತ ತ ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1985ರ ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ ತ ಷ್ಟು ಷ್ಟು ತಿದ್ದು ದ್ದು಩ ು಩ಡಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ನ್ನು ಈಮೂಲಕ ರೂಪಿಸಿದೆ . ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಶೀರ್ಷಾಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭ:(1) ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋರ್ಕಯುಕತ ತ (ತಿದ್ದು ದ್ದು಩ ು಩ಡಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 2021 ಎೆಂದ್ದ ಕರೆಯತ್ಕಕ ಕಕ ದ್ದು ದ್ದು . ಅಧಿಕೃತ್ ರಾಜ್ೆ಩ತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಿ ಅವುಗಳ ಩ರಕಟಣೆಯಾದ ದಿರ್ನೆಂಕದಿೆಂದ ಆ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುತ್ ತ ದೆ . ನಿಯಮ 7ಕೆೆ ಕೆೆ ತಿದ್ದ ುಪ ುಪಡಿ: -ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋರ್ಕಯುಕತ ತ ನಿಯಮಗಳು , 1985 ರಲ್
