Vulilluluc/ In ,Ihalrkhand Gazette (ex-ord:) dt. 16.4.2007 148 ] Jharkhand Lccal Acts 146 Short title and commenceirent: This shall be called Jharkhand Stai Electricity Regulatory Commission (Electricity Supply Code) First Amendmer Regulation, 2007 _ 2. They shall come into force from the date of publication in official gazette 3. They extend to the State of Jharkhand. 4.The words and expressions occurring in this order and not specially definer herein shall bear the meaning as in the Electricity Act, 2003 5. The following amendments to the JSERC (Electricity Supply Code Regulations 2005 are hereby made' Amendment to Regulation 5.1. __ Requisition for a new supply of electricih shall be made by the ownerloccupier of the premises in duplicate in the prescribei form of the licensee, which shall be available, free of cost, from the local office the licensee. The model format of the application form is provided in Schedule | & of these Regulations.
