GUJARAT MOTOR VEHCLES TAX ACT, 1958. No. PT-2011-39-MVD-102011-1441-KH :-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7) of Section 2 of the Gujarat Motor Vehicles Tax Act 1958 (Bom. LXV of 1958) The Government of Gujarat hereby amends the' Government Notification, Home Department No. GHG-98-99-MTA-3397-4514-KH dated 22"d April; 1998 as follows namely:- In the schedule appended to the said notification;- in entry 7, in column 2, for the words "the district of Ahmedabad" the words "areas specified by the State Government for the jurisdiction 0fRTO Ahmedabad" shall be substituted. 2 in entry 8, in column 2, for the words "the district of Ahmedabad' the words "areas specified by the State Government for the jurisdiction ofRTO Ahmedabad" shall be substituted 3 in entry 16, in column 2, for the words "the district of Vadodara" the words 'areas specified by the State Government for the jurisdiction ofRTO Vadodara" shall be substituted: 4 in entry 17, in column 2, for the words "the district of Vadodara' the words "areas specified by the State Government for the jurisdiction of RTO Vadodara" shall be substituted. 5 in entry 25, in column 2, for the words "the district of Surat' the words areas specified by the State Government for the jurisdiction of RTO Surat" shall be substituted: in entry 26, in column 2, for the wor
