Notification No: F. 3(50)/Ind.(C)/59, dated 3-8-1959, published in Rajasthan Gazette Extraordinary, part IV-C, dated 4 8-1959, page 311. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Rajasthan Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1958 (Act No. 31 of 1958) the State Government is pleased to exempt the following class of shops and Commercial Establishment from the provisions of the Act; for the period and subject to_the_conditions_specified in the_following_table_namely S. Establishments All provisions_ Through out whose activities are Imainly educational and hostels attached to Isuch establishments_ 3 Shops & Sections Commercial Estt. 11(1) & 12 Idealing mainly in the meat, fish, poultry; leggs, milk and milk lproducts, sweets, Ice- Icream, cooked foods, lfruits, flowers, vegetables, betal leave; chat bhandars. h2. Shops dealing ~do- Imainly in medicines O MMedical & Surgical krequisites or lappliances, Chemists land Druggists 5_ 3. Shops dealing ~do- articles required for lfuneral_ burial or Icremations_ 6_ 14. Newspaper offices_ ~do- NNews agencies & IShops dealing in Inewspapers or lperiodicals_ 5. Automobile Service ~do- IStations (not being Irepair work shops) Ipetrol departments & Ipetrol bunks for the Jretail sale of petrol: 8 6.
