(P) No.19/2020/WRD Dated, Thiruvananthapuram, 12" November, 2020 27" Thulam.1196 21* Aswina, 1942. : In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 58 of the Kerala Irrigation and Water Conservation Act, 2003 (Act 31 of 2003), read with section 94 of the said Act, the Government of Kerala hereby make the following tules further to amend the Kerala Irrigation and Water. They shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of October, 2020. Amendment of the rules.—In rule 23 of the Kerala Irrigation and Water Conservation Rules, 2005, in clause (ii) of sub-rule (1), for the figures and word "70 years" the figures and word "71 years" shall be substituted.
