O RDER S.O. 649(E): In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2A) read with sub-section (2B) of section 29B of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act; 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government; after considering the recommendations made to it by the Advisory Committee, hereby directs that following amendments shall be made in the notification of the then Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 477(E) dated 25th July, 1991,published in the Gazette of India; Part Il, Section 3, Sub-section (i) dated the 25th July, 1991, namely: In the said notification; 1 in Schedule III; (a) serial numbers 56, 61, 72, 92, 93, 94, 95,96,97,98,99,100,127,138,149,155,156434,157 to 210,212,312 and 326 and the entries relating there to shall be omitted; (b) against serial number 154, in column 4, the entries relating to product code 30392809 shall PRO version Are you developer?
