WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the West Bengal Town ad Country (Planning West Ben. Act and Development) Act; 1979,for the purposes and in the manner hereinafter appearing; XIII of 1979_ It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-fourth Year of the Republic of India by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows: Short title and commencement_ 1. (1) This Act may be called the West Bengal Town and Country (Planning and Development) (Amendment) Act; 2013.
