© Govt. of Haryana No. 29 - 2017] Haryana Government Gazette Published by Authority CHANDIGARH, TUESDAY, JULY 18 , 2017 (ASADHA 26, 1939 SAKA) PART III Notifications by High Court, Advertisement, Notices and Change of Name etc. HARYANA STATE AGRICULTURAL MARKETING BOARD, PANCHKULA Notification The 11th July, 2017 No. ME -I -A -III -2017/44283. — In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 of the Haryana Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961 and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board, confirms and notifies the following amendment in the Haryana Market Committees Bye-Laws, 1963 with Immediate effect: Amendment (i) The existing entry at serial No. (vi) in the table of Market charges under category 'A' in clause (1) of Bye law 28 of the Haryana Market Committees Bye-laws, 1963 shall be substituted as under: “Auction Charges Rs. 0.10 per hundred rupees” (ii) The existing entry at serial No. (vi) in the table of Market charges under category 'B' in clause (1) of Bye law 28 of the Haryana Market Committees Bye-laws, 1963 shall be substituted as under: “Auction Charges Rs. 0.10 per hundred rupees” DR.
