Short title and commencement: 1 . These rules may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Excise (Amendment) Rules , 2006 . 2 . It shall come into force at once . Amendment of Rule 30 A: In the Arunachal Pradesh Excise Rules , 1994 (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Rules) , the " sub-rule " (2) " of Rule 30 A shall be omitted " . T .
