Governor, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, hereby appoint the Secretary in charge of Revenue Department, A&N Administration to perform the functions of a "Commissioner" for Rehabilitation and Resettlement under and for the purpose of the said Act in its application in Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
