NOTIFICATION APPOINTING THE ADJUDICATING AUTHORITYI In exercise 'o 'of of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, t, 2002 (15 of 2U03) , the Central Government hereby appoints an Adjudicating Authority to exercise iurisdiciion , p()wers and authority conferred fnj or un der the said Act. The Adjudia; 'i 'ing Authority shall consist of a Chairperson and two Members and ehall function within the Department of Revenue, Millistry of Finance of the Central Government with Headquarters at New Delhi.
