Government of Rajasthan Urban Development and Housing Department No. F . 10(32)UDH/3/2009/Part J aipur , dated 2 9 NOV 2021 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 84 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act , 20 16 (Central Act No. 16 of 201 6) , the State Government hereby m akes the fo llowing rules further to amend the Rajasthan Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules , 2017 , namely:- Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Raj asthan Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (Second Amendment) Rules, 2021 . They shall come into force at once. Amendment of rule 16.- In clause (D) of sub-rule ( 1) of rule 16 of the Rajasthan Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017, for the existing expression "fifteen days", the expression "one month", shall be substituted .
