WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the West Bengal Town and Country West Ben, (Planning and Development) Act; 1979, for the purposes and in the manner Act XII of 1979. hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted in the Fifty-seventh Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows: Short title and 1.
