1. THE PUNJAB INDUSTRIAL ESTABLISHMENTS (NATIONAL AND FESTIVAL HOLIDAYS AND CASUAL AND SICK LEAVE) ACT, 1965 THE 25TH MARCH, 1971. No. S. O. 20/P.A. 14/65/S. 7/71. In super-session of Punjab Government, Labour Department, Notification No. 6766-2-L&E-68/24144 dated the 12th August, 1968, as amended with Notification No. 3343-6 L&E-68/13349, dated the 21st April, 1969 and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Punjab Industrial Establishments (National and Festival Holidays and Casual and Sick Leave) Act, 1965 (Punjab Act No. 14 of 1965), the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint the following officers of the Labour Department, Punjab to be Inspectors for the purposes of the said Act, They shall exercise all the powers of an Inspector within the whole of the State of Punjab with immediate effect :— Y. P. MALHOTRA, Secretary to Government, Punjab, Labour and Employment Departments. 2. THE PUNJAB INDUSTRIAL ESTABLISHMENTS (NATIONAL AND FESTIVAL HOLIDAYS AND CASUAL AND SICK LEAVE) ACT, 1965. A. 14/65/S. 7/79—In exercise the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section of the Punjab Industrial Establishments (National and Festival Holidays and Causal and Sick Leave) Act, 1965 (Punjab Act No. 14 of 1965), the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint, the Additional Labour Commissioner, Punjab to be an Inspector for carrying out the purposes of the sad Act, for whole of the State of Punjab.
