1 · Short title, commencement and application.-

2 · Definitions.- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires, - (a)"Act" means an Act specified in column (3)

3 · Qualifications.- (1) In case of Industrial Tribunal under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), a person

14 · Leave. (1) The Chairperson or a Member shall be entitled to thirty days of earned leave for every year of service.
