NOTIFICATION In pursuance of the rule 138 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the State Government, hereby noti.fies that the existing documents under the provisions of the Tripura Value Added Tax Act, 2004 and the Rules made thereunder that a person in charge of a conveyance carrying any consignment of goods needs to carry with him while the goods are in movement or in transit storage shall continue till such time as an E-way bill system is developed and approved by the Council.
