Short title, extent and commencement: These rules may be called the Bihar Commission for Protection of Child Rights (Amendment) Rules, 2012. (2) It shall extend to the whole of Rule TOC
3 · Rule 10 of the said rules, 2010 shall be substituted by the following:-~Facility for Conveyance The Chairperson and every other member shall be entitled to the facilities of conveyance for journeys for official purpose only as prescribed by the State Government from time to time.
