Ti. $41-5/2/2oo8-Tkico Ithr *.qv Tizjau RfW( MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 31st December; 2009 G.S.R.933(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 8 read with sub-section (1) of Section 10 ofthe Competition Act, 2002 (12 of 2003), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Mural Lal Tayal as Member of the Competition Commission of India with effect from 3rd November, 2009 (forenoon) for a period of five years or till he attains the age of 65 years or until further orders, whichever is the earliest. The terms and conditions of his service will be governed by Competition Commission of India (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and other Members) Rules, 2003 as notified vide notification No. G.S.R. 784 (E), dated 6th October, 2003 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i).
