Government of Uttar Pradesh Agriculture Section-5 No. A-1061/12-5-129/75 Dated Lucknow; June 30, 1977 Notification In continuation of Government Notification No. A-8896/12-5-129/75 dated October 30, 1976, and in exercise of the powers conferred by Section & of the Seeds Act; 1966 (Act No. 54 of 1966) , the Governor orders that the Uttar Pradesh State Seed Certification Agency shall commence the work of seed certification for the purposes of the said Act from the Kharif 1977 crop.
