GAZ APRIL 8.2016 (CHTR 19,1938 SAKA) 417 PARTIII GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB DEPARTMENT OF WELFARE OF SCHEDULED CASTES AND BACKWARD CLASSES NOTIFICATION The 29th March, 2016 No. GSR 33/Const /Art.309/2016.-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso the Article 309 of the Constitution of India, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf; the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following rulesregulating the recruitment and the conditions of service of persons appointed to the Punjab Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes, (Group 'A ') Ministerial Services, namely: RULES 1_ Short title, These rules may be called the Punjab Welfare commencement of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes and (Group 'A') Ministerial Service Rules, 2016. application - (2) They shall come into force on and with effect from the date oftheir publication in the Official Gazette.
