Government of Rajasthan Transport Department No. F 7(166)/Pari/Rules/H.Q./2012/16854 Jaipur, Dated: 31-08-2015 Notification In exercise of powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 19 of the Carriage by Road Act, 2007 (Central Act No. 41 of 2007) the State Government hereby all the officers of Transport Department not below the rank of Motor Vehicle sub-Inspector to compound the offence committed under section 18 of the said Act on payment of amount as specified below:- (i) For first offence : Rupees two thousand five hundred only (ii)For subsequent offence : Rupees five thousand only By the order of Governor, ( Dr. Manisha Arora ) Joint Secretary to the Government
