WHEREAS itis = expedient to amend the West Bengal Scheduled Castes and West Ben Act XXXVIII of 1994_ Scheduled Tribes (Identification) Act, 1994,for the purposes and in the manner hereinafter appearing; It ishereby enacted in the Fifty-ninth Year ofthe Republic ofIndia, by the Legislature ofWest Bengal, as follows: Short title and 1.
