Gaz., dated the 21st October, 2016] GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB DEPARTMENT OF NEW & RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES (Energy Branch) NOTIFICATION The 27th September, 2016 NO.18/06/2016-PE1/2612.-In partial modification of notification dated 17.03.2008 issued vide he State Level Energy Conservation NO.18/06/2016-PE1/2612.-In par no. 10/123/04-STE(3)/920, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to re-constitute the State Level Energy Conservation e harmonization of Energy Conservation no. 10/123/04-STE(3)/920, the Governor Action Plan Team (ECAT) under Energy Conservation Act-2001 to enable harmonization of Energy Conservation of the state program, comprising of the Action Plan Team (ECAT) under Energy C Policy across sectors and assist in development and co-ordination of the state program, comprising of the following members:- The Energy Conservation Action Plan Team (ECAT) shall perform the following functions:- To share the views. ii) To sort out problems iii) To help about amendment in Energy Conservation Act-2001. iv) The Action Team shall meet once ona half yearly basis.
