% ■- % ■- GOVER>ff.lSNT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FII^I/^^^CE (DEPARTMENT OF ECOI^MIG AFFAIRS ) NEW DELHI, THE 1ST APRIL, 1982. notification ■ G»SgR» ypj C^) In exercise of the powers conferred by section , 15.of the Government Savings Banks Act, 1873 (5 of 1873); the Central Government hereby mak"es the following rules to amend the Post Office Recurring Deposit Rules, 1981, namelyi- Short title and commencement - ( (l) Those rules may be called the Post Office Recurring Deposit (Amendment) Rules, 1982# They shall corae into fore© on the 1st day of April, 1982# 2# In the Post Office Recurring Deposit Rules, 1981, C^) rule 9, In both the schedules for the last itOK., ·From I'-IO—1979 onwards 778#10' the following items shall be substitubed, namely ·'Prom 1.10.1979 to 31#3cl982 « 778ol0 ·iFrom .19GSt cawitsd!: " 786#80* | in rule 10, in sub i ale (2)^ in clauses (a) and (c), for the wo.cdA end figures ''Table 1 or the words and figures I^Xab]1^2 or 11" shall be ''ubstitutecl ii (jit) in rule ll, in cub — rule (2), in clauses (b) and (c) for thg „/)rda and figur©& "Table 3 or 4", the y/ords and figures "Table 3, 4 or 12" shall be substituted!
