[91–1] HARYANA STATE AGRICULTURAL MARKETING BOARD, PANCHKULA Notification The 22nd May, 2020 No. HSAMB/ME -I -A -III -2020/8441. — In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 29(1) of the Punjab Agricultural produce Markets (General) Rules, 1962 and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board hereby imposes the levy of 1% Market fee on ad-valorem basis with immediate effect on all fruit and vegetable products, i.e., horticultural produce of the Schedule of the Haryana Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961 within the notified Market yards (Principal Market Yards as well as Sub Market Yards). No Market fee shall be levied on the sale and purchase of such produce outside the notified Market yards or submarket yards. This issues in supersession of the Notification No. HSAMB/ME-I-A-III-2020/7665 dated 1st May, 2020. DR.
