bl pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 270/LXV-3-2018-03 -2018 , dated August i, 2018: No . 270/LXV-3-2018-03-2018 Dated Lucknow, w, August 1;2018. lK exercise of the powers conferred under section 79 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (Act no . 49 of2016), read with rule 21 of the Uttar Pradesh Divyangjan Adhikar Niyrnawali , 2017,. the Governor is pleased to appoint Dr. Satish Kumar Srivastava as the . State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities , Dr. Satish Kumar Srivastava shall resign or seek retirement from service under State Government befor he joins as State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities. s. '· '· 3 . Dr . Satish Kumar Srivastava shaJI be appointed as State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities for a period of three years from the date on which he assumes office . or till he attains the age of Sixty five years , whichever is earlier. Salary, Allowances, other terms and conditions of his service as State Commissioner shaJI be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Divyangjan Adhikar Niymawali , 2017.
