1 · Constitution of Spice Development Agency. - (1) Each Spice Development Agency shall consist of the following members, namely:-
2 · Secretariat.- (1) The Headquarters of the Spice Development Agency shall be in a place designated by the Spices Board as its Regional Office.
3 · Functions.- (1) The Spice Development Agency shall perform the functions of the Spices Board as laid down in Chapter II, section 7 of the said Act and exercise and perform such other powers and functions as may be entrusted to it by specific order of the Government.
4 · Powers.- (1) In discharging its functions, the Spice Development Agency, shall have the powers to-
