Notification/Order under the provision of the Goa Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1988 (Goa Act 22 of 1988) Notification In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Goa Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1988 ( Goa Act No. 22 of 1988) the Government, hereby appoints the following officers as Estate Officers for the purpose of the said Act, within the local limits of their respective jurisdiction in respect of all categories of public premises. Nadkarni, Under Secretary (Revenue) to the Government of Goa (Published in Official Gazette Series II No. 15 (Exrtraordinary-2) dated 18-7-1989) ______ No. 24/2/87 -RD Government of Goa Revenue Department, Secretariat – 18/7/1989 Panaji Dated:- Revenue Department Notification No. 24/2/87 -RD In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Goa Public Premises (Eviction of 'Unauthorised occupants) Act" 1988 (Goa Act 22 of 1988) (hereinafter called the 'said Act') and notwithstanding. anything contained in the Government Notification of even number dated 18/7/1989, the Government of hereby appoints the Officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule hereto to be estate officers for the purpose of the said Act, in respect of the public premises within the state of Goa and controlled by the statutory authorities as specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule. The Government further directs, that cases, if any in respect of the statutory authorities as specified, in this Notification are pending before tile, estate officers appointed under the Notification of even, number dated 18~7 -1989, the same, shall be transferred with immediate, effect, to the concerned estate officers appointed uRule TOC
