Panaji, 8th August, 1978. (Published in the Official Gazette, Series II No. 19 dated 10-8-1978) Notification No. RD/RENT/243/77 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (2) and (3) of Section 41 of the Goa, Daman and Diu Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1968 (Act No. 2 of 1969) and in supersession of the Government Notification of even number dated 29th March, 1978, published in the Official Gazette, Series II No. 1 dated 6th April, 1978, the Administrator of Goa, Daman and Diu hereby appoints the Additional Deputy Collectors, Goa North Division and Goa South Division as Additional Controllers for all local areas comprising within their respective jurisdiction for the purposes of the said Act.
