Short title and commencement:- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) (Amendment) Rules, 2023. 2 They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2 Amendment of rule 29. In rule 29 of the Rajasthan Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1975,- in sub-rule (2), after the existing proviso, the following new proviso shall be added, namely: - Provided further that the fee payable by the industries/mines securing Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum rating under the Scheme for Green Rating System launched by the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board in collaboration with Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) shall be as under:- Sr. No. Rating Payable fee (3 Bronze 959 of fee specified in the Schedule IV 1 Silver 909 of fee specified in the Schedule IV Gold 759 of_fee specified in the Schedule IV Platinum 50% of fee specified in the Schedule IV owever in case of any non-compliance of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 0rRule TOC
