In pursuance of the Notilication No. 464/ARUN-LA/94 (4) dated 4th January, 1995 issued by thc Chief Electoral Oflicer; Arunachal Pradesh and (he dircetion of thc Election Commission of India vide No. 576/14/94/P-S. 1/7653 datcd 23rd December, 1994 the Government of" Arunachal Pradesh in exercise of the powers onlerre { under Rule 179 of the Arunachal Pradesh Excise Rules, 1994, herehy declare and notify the following period as SDRY DAYS' A. (i} The period of two days before the polling day. (ii) The polling day, (iii) The day after the poll, (iv} The day before thc counting day, (v) The counting day (s), and (vij) The day immediately therealter are So notified _ B.
