13 · (1) These rules may be called the Coastal Aquaculture Authority (Amendment) Rules, 2012.
2 · In the Coastal Aquaculture Authority Rules, 2005, after Annexure-II; the following Annexure shall be added at the end, namely:-

1 · Criteria for application to breed Specific Pathogen Free (SPF) P monodon (1) Hatcheries engaged or intending to be engaged in shrimp seed production having the required biosecurity facilities as prescribed by Coastal Aquaculture Authority would be eligible to apply for registration with the Coastal Aquaculture Authority and for permission to import Specific Pathogen Free P. monodon brood stock or to acquire from 3508 &41-1
