In exercise of the power conferred by section 30 of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969 18 of 1969), the Lt: Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, with the approval of the Central Government; hereby makes the following rules to amend the Delhi Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 1999 namely: - RULES Short title, extent and commencement: These rules may be called the Delhi Registration of Births and Deaths (Amendment) Rules, 2000. (ii) They extend to the whole of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (iii) They shall come into force at once. 2 Amendment of Form No, 2:-In Delhi Registration of Births Deaths Rules, 1999 (hereinafter referred t0 as the Principal Rules"), in Form No.2, (relating to Death Report), after the entry at Sr No. 2, the following entries shall be inserted namely:- {A_ Name of Father/Husband of deceased" 3_ Amendment of Form No. 6. In the Principal Rules in Form No.6 (relating to Death Certificate), after the entry titled 'Name' and before the entry titled "Sex" the following entry shall be inserted, namely: - ~Name of Father/Husband of deceased" By Order and in the name of the Lt.
